Ogaden Massacre Day

OYSU Seattle in collaboration with Somali Student Association (SSA) hosted annual event “Ogaden Massacre Day” at the University of Washington Seattle main campus. The event opened with a presentation, it gave detailed accounts about the atrocities that is taking place in Ogaden and the past human rights violations, which were extensively reported, published, documented and denounced by leading Humanitarian and Human Rights NGOS the likes, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and Genocide Watch. After the presentation, members from OYSU held a discussion panel + Q/A.
